The ability to inspire and motivate others is a skill set that demands you be able to access vast reserves of inspiration within yourself.

And faced with today’s world, this ability is more crucial than ever. But the idea that inspiration is all about crossing great oceans and conquering mountains (not to mention the whole busy all the time and 24/7 thing) is not only long overdue for an update, it’s a recipe for burnout.

At this workshop you’ll discover the tools you need to become more inspirational, find fresh inspiration or get it back if you’ve lost it. You will also add the newest scientific and evidence-based tools to help others to renew and recover their inspiration.

• Get others to do what they say they are going to do - empower and delegate in an inspiring way, especially through difficult times
• Learn techniques to manage upwards and know the differences when it comes to inspiring your boss or senior people and/or your team into action.
• Discover your authentic leadership signature style. Know the process that causes you to feel recharged and re-energised and allowing you to do that to inspire others.
• Moving from a job or career mindset to a purpose mindset that boosts performance and drives higher inspiration and engagement with others.

Sponsorship Programme

At each Aspire event, 50% of the participants sponsor the other 50% to attend. Every paying participant is a sponsor for someone who doesn’t have the means at the moment for whatever reason to attend an Aspire event, providing them with access to the same enriching experience and networking opportunities as the other. It’s where one woman’s investment multiplies into a community of support and encouragement, a ripple effect that will extend far beyond the event itself. Learn more here 

Location

The Constance Boardroom & Lounge at Coldbath Square, London, UK

This elegant boardroom in our building is named after Lady Constance Lytton, a prominent figure in the women’s suffrage movement in the UK. Though she was born and raised in the privileged ruling class of British society, she went undercover as a working class woman  to draw attention to the suffrage movement. When she was imprisoned for protests, she used an alias to avoid receiving special treatment. Her commitment to the cause continues to be remembered and honoured in this room and in our ongoing aspirations for equality. 

Who Attends?

This workshop is for women who aspire to or are already in manager or senior manager positions and who have ambitions, goals and dreams to be successful, have work/life balance and make a difference in the world. We welcome male allies and all genders with similar aspirations.
