We are all busy people and we understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes things come up that may prevent you from attending Aspire in person public events. Train strikes, illness, family, work, appointments, bad weather warnings, you name it. Most cancellation policies just don’t take real life and busy schedules into account.
If you are unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances, we want to make things as easy as possible for you. You can transfer your tickets to another date that we are running that event (we normally offer the same workshop a few times in the same month) or attend virtually instead. You can also transfer your ticket to someone else that you think might benefit. We can not offer refunds on attendance with less than 2 weeks notice.
If you attend an event or workshop and don’t feel that it met your needs, please let us know on the day of the event or within 7 days post-event, and we’ll do our best to issue you a refund.
We also want to make sure that our invoicing process is clear and straightforward. We usually require payment within 14 days of the invoice date, unless we have agreed on a different timeline with you.
