The Story of
ASPIRE

The Aspire House is all about empowering women to make their mark on the world. Through coaching, leadership and activism, we support thousands of women around the world in making the changes they want to see in themselves and their communities. We welcome men, trans women and non-binary people.

Dr Sam Collins founded Aspire in 2001, she has been named ‘One of the Top 200 Women to Impact Business and Industry” by her late Majesty The Queen, “One of the Top 10 Coaches in the UK” by the Independent on Sunday and “A Woman Shaping the World” by CNN. by award winning Dr.

Founded in 2001, Aspire was the first organisation dedicated to women’s coaching and leadership development in the UK. Sam created Aspire to empower and support women who wanted to soar in their lives and careers. A place where like-minded women could gather together. A place of learning, inspiration, growth and belonging. A place to make a powerful difference to equality, leadership and world change.

A Call for change

We are a clarion call to women and male allies to lead and make a difference to equality. We are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and specifically, goal 5 “To Create Gender Equality and Empower all Women and Girls”.

Gathering from around the world to join our workshops, coaching and events. Women supporting women. Women becoming inspired, refreshed, ignited. Ready to take action and create positive change in their lives, their careers, and their communities.

When women get together, incredible things happen. Collectively, we have more courage and can make a bigger impact.

We are inspired by a 1918 illustration for the Suffragist magazine. It was created by Nina Allender who was one of the pioneers of women suffrage. This image is calling women to vote and have a voice. She is known as the Allender Girl and is the Aspire mascot.

leadership, equality and change

It started out, twenty two years ago, with one-to-one coaching. Our founder, Dr. Sam Collins rented a tiny corner in the City of London. She has since travelled around the world championing women’s equality and activism. Now a globally recognised, award-winning author, coach and speaker, Sam has returned home to London. Back where it all began. The new Aspire House serves as a global hub for women.

ASPIRE to make a Difference

Aspire is committed to advocating for women’s leadership and gender equality. We know that meaningful change takes more than individual action. It takes collective effort and the collaboration of those around us. We welcome men, the transgender community and non-binary people who share our vision and want to make a difference in the world.

We are a social business with a vision to make a difference to women at our core. and a primary focus to address social needs and solve human problems.

We are not a charity, we generate profit and are financially self sustaining.  If you aspire to make a difference and be a catalyst for change in your own life and in the world, get in touch with us today.
