Sarah Kitakule, a private sector development specialist worked with Public Service before moving on to World Bank, International Labour Organisation and the Commonwealth Secretariat. She is now a management consultant supporting female entrepreneurs. Her areas of particular specialism include gender mainstreaming, women empowerment, poverty reduction, investment climate reforms and institutional building. She brings extensive international experience with leading international development organisations, including within developing countries and the African continent.
