Brian Ballantyne pioneered change at Vodafone by instigating the launch of a global LGBTQ+ network (after being told no, that anything beyond a women’s network was boiling the ocean) and he provoked change at Amazon by leading the worldwide launch of International Women’s Day (Brian interviewed at Amazon the previous 8th March and rather than seeing a celebration of women he saw recruitment bias towards men). Brian also sparked the co-creation of a worldwide intersectional discussion group with three thousand members. He ran workshops on male allyship in US and Europe and co-founded Men for Inclusion. He authored ‘Confessions of a Working Father’, to amplify the role of fathers in equality, and raise money for Winston’s Wish to support children who lose a parent.
