Having qualified as a chartered accountant and worked in mergers and acquisitions for over a decade, she now specialises in giving covenant and broader corporate finance advice to pension scheme trustees and sponsors. Outside the office, Arabella has undertaken expeditions to the North and South Poles as well as traversing the Greenland ice cap.
