Our flagship Aspire conference designed to support you to make a transformational difference to your life, career, workplace, organisation and world in 2024.

Join Dr Sam Collins, Founder and CEO of Aspire and named as 'One of the Top 200 Women to Impact Business and Industry’ by Her late Majesty, The Queen, and 'A Woman Shaping the World' by CNN, who will lead and facilitate our pioneering and diverse speakers to equip you to lead, reskill, manage and inspire others for the future of our lives, work and world in 2024.

Aspire Global Unity is a pioneering virtual conference for women leading change at home, in the workplace and in the community. It will not follow the traditional online event route and will be an interactive, innovative and global experience. We will give you inspiration, real life examples, practical tools, case studies and future scenarios from 20 ground breaking mentors, role models and speakers.

From the UK to India to Afghanistan to Australia, our trailblazing speakers are academics, business leaders, school girls, writers, coaches and activists from across industries, sectors, ages and countries. Their views, research and ideas range from the practical to the spiritual, they are women, like you, who aspire for more in their lives, careers and world.

  • Extraordinary Speakers: The role models and mentors who will share their real experiences, insights, and practical knowledge to motivate and empower you.
  • Interactive Format: Coaching and facilitated by Dr. Collins throughout for you to set your goals for 2024 and apply what you are hearing to your own life, work and world.
  • Community Building: Build lasting connections with a diverse network of individuals who share your passion for unity and positive change.
  • Recorded Sessions: Whether you watch it live or need to pop out, you will receive the recording and can watch it again at any time that suits you (or when you need a boost again!).
  • Help Exchange: Where you can give and receive advice and support among attendees and gain a whole new system of empowerment from across the world.

Our conference is aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 5 contributing to empowering all women and girls.

Here is what some of our previous attendees have to say about the benefits of attending:

“It was a pure inspiration. I have the empowerment to change static views and engage further in equality. Every woman needs to engage with Aspire and every woman in power needs to step up for those who can't. It crosses borders, it crosses sectors, it unites a flame inside you to stand up, raise the roof, to make a change with a massive support crew in tow.” – Helena Clarke, Ambassador, One Campaign

"This conference is a gift to all those who aspire to a life best lived vs. a job well done. You will find connections that are meaningful, realisations that are a catalyst for change and give yourself that space to recognise the power you have … and to use it!" Mel Stack, Non Executive Director and Operating Partner, Private Equity

“Genuinely the best event of this type I've ever been to. I left feeling optimistic and confident in my abilities.” – Agnes Bastaert, EU Government Affairs Manager, Euronext

"The best investment in development that I have made over a 30 year career (which included a medical degree and an MBA!)." - Dr Penny Woods, Chief Executive, British Lung Foundation

"I learnt more in 2 days than I have in 2 years of management courses!" - Lesley Wilcox, Operations Manager, Furniture Re-use Network

“Wow! You’ve converted me from a strident sceptic of all courses to an avid fan of yours.” - Nadine Smith, Global Marketing and Communications Director, Centre for Public Impact

“The most memorable two days of my career” -
Samara Alkadhy, Project Manager, Thames Water

“To be in a room of so many like minded people is what sets this event apart. An event that nourishes the soul.” - Melanie Thomas, Head of Business Development, Neal's Yard Remedies

"It was very inspiring, very uplifting and nothing like I thought it was going to be...yes, it was focused on empowering women, but without excluding men, and I loved that." -
Aaron Braxton, Writer

“I’ve experienced a lot of different conferences over the years and whilst most have been good, some excellent … but I was blown away by Aspire!”. - Sally Dhillion, Director, CM Talent

“The Aspire conference was amazing! So transformative in so many ways. I was reminded of I who I am, my sense of purpose, and reinstated a clarity in my journey I had lost. I’m excited and grateful. I can’t wait to put things into action. A huge difference in this event as opposed to other conferences is that I was able to take actionable and doable goals with me!- Cynthia Lupoff, Creative Director, National Academy of Sports Medicine
